Valeria Skarbek, the founder of College Drive LLC, has over 20 years of experience working with students and adults in K-12 and higher education settings, including a college and graduate admissions office. In her role as a College and Career Prep teacher, she has collaborated with hundreds of students, assisting them in creating their college lists, conducting research on potential majors and careers, and providing guidance as they craft their resumes and college essays.

Qualifications
Val completed the Independent Educational Consultant certificate program through the University of California, Irvine, in December of 2023. She holds a B.S.B.A. in Marketing and Advertising, a Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) in English, and a Master of Library Science (M.L.S.) from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, CT. Additionally, she earned a graduate certificate in Online Teaching and Learning from Boise State University.
