10+ years of college counseling experience with domestic and international students; 8+ years of education program management experiences; have worked with students who were in various college and grad programs, including business, engineering, fine arts, social science, health, education, and more; talked about college expectation and candidate evaluation with several former admissions officers from top-tiered colleges, such as Princeton, MIT, UPenn, Cornell, JHU, Northwestern, Northeastern, etc.; hosted over 50 webinars about college recruitment and preparation; organized and monitored several college prep/enrichment camps in arts, writing, research, interview prep, entrepreneurship and college essay writing; worked with applications for institutions in the US, the UK, Canada and Singapore.
